If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns.
Returns
You have 30 days to contact us and return your patches from the date you received them. To be eligible for a return, your patches must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.
That being said we verify every patch of every order 3 times for imperfections prior sealing the package.
You need to provide original proof of purchase for your patches, being your order number or receipt.
Refunds
Once we have received the patches we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your Paypal account / credit card or original method of payment.
Depending on your Payment / Credit Card issuer’s policies, you might be only eligible to receive an in-store or online credit.

You take full responsability of the postage costs for returning your item(s). Postage fees are nonrefundable.
Lost in mail scenario
Though we are being issued a tracking number, we take video proofs of every package we hand to the Shipping Carriers. We take no responsability if the postal institutions looses your package during transit.
