How to apply our Iron-On Patches
- Wash and Dry the garment if needed.
- Preheat Iron to 130°C (265°F) or Hot Cotton Setting.
- Place the patch on the desired spot.
- Place a thin fabric not thicker than a pillow case between the Embroidered Patch and the hot iron.
- Make circular motion while applying weight for 45 seconds to 2 minutes, making sure to go around the edges a few times.
- Reverse the garment inside-out and further iron for 30 to 60 seconds to further merge the adhesif between the garment and the patch.
- It is suggested to sew it on as well but not mendatory, it does age nicer as well.
- Let rest for an hour.And Voilà!

On what can I iron my new patch onto?
A varity of fabric in fact. Denims, Jackets, Shirts, Bags and Backpacks, Hat, Jeans. Most fabric that can withstand the heat needed for the adhesif to bond.
Fabrics that are not suitable for ironning an Embroidered patch include Puffer/Down Jackets, most Rainwear, clothing made of Nylon or are highly elastic. However Most can be Stiched, sometime maybe Glued.

Can I was a garment that I have applied a patch on?
Oh yes. Totaly. We suggest that you always wash your garment inside-out prior putting it in the washing machine. Cold water is recomended.
It is not advised to put the garment in the dryer as the heat make the adhisif of the enbroidled patch curve on itself.
How long does my order take to arrive to my doorstep?
Depending on where you are in the known world. We ship our Premium Patches from Montréal Canada.
Canadian orders are usually delivered between 2 to 7 working days.
American Orders between 4 to 13 working days.
Most of Europe 7 to 14 working days.
What's the minimum quantity for wholesale orders?
The current minimum for our Iron-On Embroidered Patches is 60 and 6 per design.
What materials are our patches made of?
- Premier Quality Poly-Cotton Twill Fabrics.
- 1mm/2mm thick Japanese made adhesif.
- the Threads are 100% premium quality Polyester from the well knowned Thread manufacters Brothers since 1908 and Gutermann since 1864.
